At Universal Day Care Centre Inc. we value, accept and include children of all abilities, cultures and religions into our program. We strive to provide an environment that feels safe and welcoming for everyone.
We recognize and respect that children are unique and each possess strengths and challenges and so individual goals are set for each child according to their developmental level. Our staff are able to make necessary adjustments to the physical environment, programming and routines in order to meet each child’s individual needs. Experiences where all children can participate and feel a sense of belonging are planned and implemented on a daily basis.
